Happy First Birthday, Sweet Soren!

On the afternoon of May 16, two days before Soren's first birthday, we had a big party for him at our place. About 20 of his favorite people came to celebrate with us. Soren was a bundle of energy, wooing the attendees with his bright smile, insatiable appetite, and soulful dancing. Here are a few of the many highlights of the day:

but, being a smart one, soon figured out that sugar = joy

but, there's still something so intriguing about the crinkly paper that comes with them.
